Within the extremely contested world of gaming, it's usual for new contenders to disappear as quickly as they enter the landscape.

However Battlefield 6 is striving to alter that.

Here comes the newest release in a long-standing warfare game franchise frequently positioned as a more realistic answer to its main competitor.

Regardless of allegations that the scale of the project had put a strain on the various teams collaborating across continents to build the title, the director is upbeat about the work.

"Partnering with different cultures, different backgrounds, it's a truly engaging atmosphere to be engaged with on a regular basis," he says.

"This entire approach has been an innovation but something very thrilling because we are working with individuals from internationally."

As for the anticipation on the team, he states: "We feel pressure but at the same time it's exciting.

"It's a major venture. It's likely the most significant that many of us have previously participated in."

New Talent Adds New View
